The management and service here are awful. My mother was out of air conditioning for weeks. After I noticed several units has window units, I went to see the manager who offered her a window unit. After I noticed several units has window units, I went to see the manager who offered her a window unit. Only after I showed up in person (I had been calling, emailing and making service calls for weeks). These poor residents are held hostage by their poor maintenance. Even now my mother has had a leak running like a faucet for three days and they have not fixed it. Dont go there, its awful, dirty and falling apart. There is no support from any government agency and I wrote the CEO of WinnResidential and obviously that did nothing either. What a shame that Marylands Tax Credit program failed these seniors. Governor Hogan should be embarrassed by this outfit.more ...hide ...
