Then they proceeded to check the contents of my fridge and declared me 'clean' - which was highly offensive! Many tenants aren't even aware that these inspections take place. The maintenance crew has no qualms about entering a woman's bedroom closet unannounced either. The fact that prospective tenants are not informed beforehand is a huge red flag. Their staff have been known to mistreat seniors too; yet they lack the courage to own up to it. Instead of intimidating residents, they should focus on cleaning public areas - as we had been walking around urine & vomit for months before HUD stepped in! With better management, this building could be quite pleasant; however Humphrey Management seems to prioritize silencing bad reviews over genuine improvement in customer service and cleanliness (which I can assure you is maintained). more ... hide ...
