I hav I rarely submit reviews, but I felt compelled to alert potential future tenants of this place. There is a major bird/bird droppings problem, and this summer has seen birds nesting and laying eggs in the light fixtures outside of the apartments. I have contacted the leasing office numerous times by phone and email, but they have failed to resolve the issue after a number of months. I even requested maintenance to remove the deceased bird that had been sitting in front of my door for over a month. I even tried to contact Grady MGT (the corporation that owns Adams Crossing) but received no response. The office staff are unsympathetic and unhelpful to their tenants. The pool was also closed for at least half of the summer. Maintenance took over two weeks to answer service requests, and I had to submit multiple tickets before they finally came to fix my kitchen sink. Furthermore, I had no cold water in my shower for the first three months I lived here. The community is great, but the services provided by the leasing office are far from satisfactory, considering the money I am paying to live here. more ... hide ...
