At one point you couldn€™t even get a live person on the phone, you had to make time to go up there to get any issues resolved, there€™s always trash and furniture outside the dumpsters because the flaps are always close on them because people don€™t want to touch them to open it, I don€™t even believe they have a maintanance department anymore, so it take forever to get something fixed and they never have the part you need in stock, I got my tub done over a few months back and the guy not only left razor blades and dirty spatulas in my bathroom until the next day, but he also plastered the paint all on my floors, walls and toilets seat and it wont come up, I can honestly go on and on, but I€™ll save that for if its neededmore ...hide ...

Inside thThis place really isnt as bad as the reviews reflect. The general problem with how it looks OUTSIDE actually isnt the residents its people from the surrounding community conducting illegal dumping ALL THE TIME. Inside the apartments could use an upgrade but they are far from deplorable. They are just like any basic apartment you would rent. Weve lived here almost a year and have not encountered anything out of the ordinary. All of our neighbors on our floor are cordial and there is a good mix of families and single men and women. Staff responds well and is very cordial. There is a lake about a half mile down which is a gem for this area during the plandemic. You can workout take the kids on a walk let them play at the park. Safeway and pharmacies close by. Ive lived in NYC, Los Angeles, and now the DC, MD, VA area. This is a good place to live that will help you save up money and move forward in life.more ...hide ...

I€™ve smelled weed on numerous occasions including in the laundry room. Teens stay up late at night screaming and being loud after quiet hours. People are noisy above me after I€™ve complained 5 times about the problem. You will always see cop cars around the neighborhood and teens vandalized vehicles in the parking lot of the apartment complex INCLUDING MINE!!! The people in the leasing office are TERRIBLE!!! They NEVER answer their phones and they act like they don€™t know how to solve anything or do anything. I€™ve also caught a drug deal in the playground gone wrong and leading into an argument. I would not recommend living here if you€™re looking to live in a better area.more ...hide ...
