I am writing this review about the customer services of these apartment complex I cannot talk about the units it self I have been trying to get a whole of someone from the leasing office for the past 2 weeks have left multiple messages and no call ba I am writing this review about the customer services of these apartment complex I cannot talk about the units it self I have been trying to get a whole of someone from the leasing office for the past 2 weeks have left multiple messages and no call back So I decided to apply online for a unit that said is available Once submitted the application for 4 days now and no call or returned calls from the office My husband passed by the leasing office and was told that they dont have units available and didnt even know about our application This is very irresponsible from there end they have no communication with future residents And they need to update there website I could have avoided paying 50 application fee if someone would have answered or called back when I called to get information Even a courtesy call would have been nice once they have received our application to let us know that they didnt have any units available Really disappointed they need to improve there customer service more ... hide ...

My wife and I stopped by for a tour While in Maryland looking to relocate for her job We were very impressed with this community The units were spacious had a lot of closet space The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area They made My wife and I stopped by for a tour While in Maryland looking to relocate for her job We were very impressed with this community The units were spacious had a lot of closet space The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area They made us feel right at home The community manager was such a delight and she was able to answer all of questions Overall the community was very beautiful but it didnt have many activities for our children who are 13 and 16 We didnt move their because the commute was still 90 min from my wifes job However its still on our list of top 5 apartments more ... hide ...
