I signed a lease with them while they were in foreclosure with the USDA they did not disclose this information to me at signing Two weeks after moving in I was made aware Then a week after that my entire building was without heat for 6 days over th I signed a lease with them while they were in foreclosure with the USDA they did not disclose this information to me at signing Two weeks after moving in I was made aware Then a week after that my entire building was without heat for 6 days over the Thanksgiving holiday and without hot water over Thanksgiving They tried to evict me saying I only paid my first months rent and nothing until June When I showed at court with proof of payment they did not and I received another letter showing I made payments yet my balance due went up The damages I noted in my walk through when I moved in were done 8 months into my 12 month lease My neighbor just got her air conditioner fixed after it stopped working the last month of July With 4 children and 2 adults in the apartment on the 2nd floor The maintenance man will tell you he is a certified massage therapist and also nail tech Other than that the hallways are filthy and in my building smell of cat urine the parking lot is full of pot holes And you can always hear kids screaming or people fighting in hallway more ... hide ...
