There are 300I have resided at Center Line Park Towers for almost 8 years now, and I can vouch for it being an excellent central area to live. It is what you make of it, and I'm thankful for the rules that are in place. There are 300 units, most of which are rented. That's a lot of different personalities for the Manager to manage! I wouldn't want that job, but she's doing a tremendous job, as is her team in responding to queries quickly or by arranging an appointment with the Manager. I have always left her office feeling welcome. The Maintenance crew performs their tasks in the order they receive them and the cleaning crew keeps the site looking great, but it is also up to the residents to do their part. This old building requires some tender care! Elevators can experience issues if they are jostled with wheelchairs or large objects being moved in and out, so we must be cautious. This is not a house, and we also have much to gain by living here, such as respect and friendships. I enjoy interacting with all the people here.more ...hide ...
