My husband and I moved in at the end of December The manager Jamie is very nice The building is very clean and the grounds are kept up The tenants are friendly I think my husband and I made a good choice

Do NOT move in here!!! They are under new management that at this point are slumlords! They aren€™t taking care of anything. They let massive amounts of garbage pile up in the back. They let massive amounts of garbage pile up in the back. You can€™t reach anyone in the office. If you call you get a call center that says you have to talk to the office but the office doesn€™t return calls. They close the office early every day and on weekends so you can€™t even walk in and talk to someone. If you have a job you will never be able to talk to anyone. They work hard to get people to move in to take their money, but won€™t do anything once you move in. From my experience, they have policies that actively deter them from keeping current residents happy in favor of getting turn over. The place is loud with people fighting constantly and the cops being called out regularly. Fights between tenants in different units and buildings spill out into the common areas. For your saintly and safety you can€™t have your windows open in the summer and there is no insulation between units. This means that your air conditioning and heat will have to run all the time and you will hear everything your neighbor does. The old management did their best to be helpful and keep things running smoothly. The new management company is the exact opposite. They make things as difficult as possible for residents while still doing nothing in their end! Yes the appliances and washer and dryer are nice. But at what cost?The snow removal post is 100% accurate too. And I€™ll add that the property is pretty much a swamp so it will always be flooded with standing water that causes inches of ice and impassible sidewalksEdit to reply to the owner: I have been waiting 9 days and counting for them to return my call when they posted their reply. It looks like checking on google reviews is more important than actually replying to the return call requests they already have. This is a prime example of the management companymore ...hide ...

Maintenance ppl very nice. On the other hand the lady at the front desk doesn€™t know how to talk to residence correctly. She doesn€™t handle anything that needs office assistance. She doesn€™t handle anything that needs office assistance. There€™s no paint for parking spots 9-10 so everyone squeezed in, multiple cars with no license plate that don€™t move. They never shoveled or plowed but when why felt like it. This place is a joke ppl that live here harass you and when you complain you get told if you call the cops to get the situation handled they tell you next time you€™ll have 30 days to leave? Not the only thing halls have mud filler also smell like cigarettes 90% of the time. I can€™t wait till my lease is up. Don€™t want to waste another dime on slum. & this is with the new owners smh THAT ARE NEVER IN OFFICE!more ...hide ...
