Beginning with the snow plowing and lawn maintenance, it is terrible. Last summer, a weed whacker worker cut down my tomato plants, ran the lawn mower into my shepherd's pole, and broke my solar lights. I took pictures to the office and the lady said they should replace them, but nothing ever happened. As far as the snow, they do a subpar job of plowing, except for the main road. The parking lot was full of car tracks, ice, and more snow, so I asked them to clear the handicap spot. I am older, handicapped, and a fall could have serious consequences. The office manager suggested contacting the snow plow place, but they didn't respond. I tried to be cautious while walking on the snow and ice, and I fell hard. When I informed the office manager, she said sorry, but it wasn't her responsibility and I had to call the snow service subcontractor. I pay $1200 a month to live here; I deserve a safe way from my car to the door. I would understand if the snow had just fallen, but it was a week without any plowing or safety and no open handicap spots. Do I need to get an attorney? more ... hide ...

Do NOT move in here They are under new management that at this point are slumlords They arent taking care of anything They let massive amounts of garbage pile up in the back You cant reach anyone in the office If you call you get a call center that Do NOT move in here They are under new management that at this point are slumlords They arent taking care of anything They let massive amounts of garbage pile up in the back You cant reach anyone in the office If you call you get a call center that says you have to talk to the office but the office doesnt return calls They close the office early every day and on weekends so you cant even walk in and talk to someone If you have a job you will never be able to talk to anyone They work hard to get people to move in to take their money but wont do anything once you move in From my experience they have policies that actively deter them from keeping current residents happy in favor of getting turn over The place is loud with people fighting constantly and the cops being called out regularly Fights between tenants in different units and buildings spill out into the common areas For your saintly and safety you cant have your windows open in the summer and there is no insulation between units This means that your air conditioning and heat will have to run all the time and you will hear everything your neighbor does The old management did their best to be helpful and keep things running smoothly The new management company is the exact opposite They make things as difficult as possible for residents while still doing nothing in their end Yes the appliances and washer and dryer are nice But at what costnnThe snow removal post is 100 accurate too And Ill add that the property is pretty much a swamp so it will always be flooded with standing water that causes inches of ice and impassible sidewalksnnEdit to reply to the owner I have been waiting 9 days and counting for them to return my call when they posted their reply It looks like checking on google reviews is more important than actually replying to the return call requests they already have This is a prime example of the management company more ... hide ...
