Mold on walls, flooring coming up in the kitchen, they hadnt painted and swore the carpet had been cleaned- it wasnt which they later verified. The maintenance manager verbally assaulted my husband and told us to come back after 3:00!!!! We never got our $ back. HORRIBLE. In those years I found the staff to be very unprofessional, they pick and choose which residents they want to befriend and favor. Those tend to be those who will tattle on other residents and constantly complain while their apartments are the most horrifically kept. I have recently been given a notice to quit on the grounds that I have someone living in my apartment that is not on the lease, however, all of management has known this since day one. They also had a problem with two cars being parked in front of the building because of the extra person. However, that extra person has been here for five years out of the six years I have been here. If you need to talk to them you cannot, they do not answer the phone. They have caller ID and so they choose who will be talking to them. They are never available.
