Ive lived here for 8 years now and the management wont help we tried to we have had a dishwasher in the kitchen that has never worked they wont fix it Im in a wheelchair and they refuse to help me get a downstairs apartment my son just bought a new v Ive lived here for 8 years now and the management wont help we tried to we have had a dishwasher in the kitchen that has never worked they wont fix it Im in a wheelchair and they refuse to help me get a downstairs apartment my son just bought a new vehicle and they harrassed him for the past week about they pick and choose who they want to talk to the rest of us get disrespected no matter what its about there unprofessional about it on they never answer the phone and they never call back there sure quick to call after you say your gonna move out recently there on every one about there flower like its there home they wanna make it feel like home and they come through and made everyone take them out dont go through them it doesnt feel like a home feels like a jail more ... hide ...

Place has went down hill in the last couple of years

Management is horrible and unprofessional

I have lived at Whispering Pines for six years In those years I found the staff to be very unprofessional they pick and choose which residents they want to befriend and favor Those tend to be those who will tattle on other residents and constantly I have lived at Whispering Pines for six years In those years I found the staff to be very unprofessional they pick and choose which residents they want to befriend and favor Those tend to be those who will tattle on other residents and constantly complain while their apartments are the most horrifically kept I have recently been given a notice to quit on the grounds that I have someone living in my apartment that is not on the lease however all of management has known this since day one They also had a problem with two cars being parked in front of the building because of the extra person However that extra person has been here for five years out of the six years I have been here If you need to talk to them you cannot they do not answer the phone They have caller ID and so they choose who will be talking to them They are never available You find notes tacked to your door and no personal contact As there are two sides to every story this seems like a poor way to do business more ... hide ...
