While I'm only beginning my journey here, so far it has been remarkable. Gary and Linda have been incredibly helpful and professional since I initially contacted them; they have also been friendly, patient, and kind. I've also had the pleasure of meeting Jacob and Jessica, who are incredibly respectful, accommodating, and always available to answer questions. The apartments are well-maintained and roomy, and the complex itself is well-kept and full of greenery, flowers, chairs, and gazebos. All in all, the atmosphere is secure and provides us with a feeling of home.more ...hide ...

However, the bathrooms weren't bad. The elevators were outdated, and one was usually malfunctioning. The office was often closed. The client could only secure maintenance services in the event of an emergency, which is understandable under the circumstances. There were strange people around. One day, when I was visiting the client, someone overdosed. The police administered Narcan, but it seemed to be ineffective. It was a young man who had only been there a short time. There were many elderly people without family to take care of them, and some younger disabled adults with visible brain injuries or mental issues. It was quite sad. I was rebuked for wearing a mask, even though the majority of the residents were at high risk of Covid. At least they allowed pets. The upper floors and apartments were extremely hot, which might be beneficial for elderly people with poor circulation, but anyone with an average or above temperature would have been uncomfortable. The smell in the hallways was even worse on the upper floors. There were no cameras in the stairwells, where an attack occurred; I talked to the victim. The only good thing I can say about the place is that a few of the residents worked very hard to make it look nice, and the staff allowed them to try. They did a great jobmore ...hide ...

So far, Waterford Pines has been my favorite. Even though I have just recently moved in, it has been a truly wonderful experience. From the very first phone conversation with Gary and Linda to the move-in process, including the paperwork, they have been incredibly accommodating and professional. Additionally, they are friendly and genuinely kind. I have also met Jacob and Jessica, and the entire staff is incredibly respectful and helpful. The apartments are clean and spacious and the complex itself is well-maintained with lush greenery and colorful flowers. There are also lovely chairs and gazebos by the pool, plus a neat fitness room.
