I often visited a client here during the Covid period. The hallways were unpleasant, with an odor of urine, and the common floors/areas were quite dirty. However, the bathrooms weren't bad. The office was often closed. The client could only secure maintenance services in the event of an emergency, which is understandable under the circumstances. There were strange people around. One day, when I was visiting the client, someone overdosed. The police administered Narcan, but it seemed to be ineffective. It was a young man who had only been there a short time. There were many elderly people without family to take care of them, and some younger disabled adults with visible brain injuries or mental issues. It was quite sad. I was rebuked for wearing a mask, even though the majority of the residents were at high risk of Covid. At least they allowed pets. The upper floors and apartments were extremely hot, which might be beneficial for elderly people with poor circulation, but anyone with an average or above temperature would have been uncomfortable. The smell in the hallways was even worse on the upper floors. There were no cameras in the stairwells, where an attack occurred; I talked to the victim. The only good thing I can say about the place is that a few of the residents worked very hard to make it look nice, and the staff allowed them to try. They did a great job more ... hide ...

The place is infected with bed bugs and is a on going problem I know because my friend lives there and has bugs all over him I just called management to report the problem again 9122022 at 9 am I think they need new management
