Maintenance team is great and they respond fast to any issues. The office team always have attitudes and is very rude. Ima very nice and easy person to talk to and they still manage to be rude or cause unnecessary drama. Its potentially a great apartment considering the neighborhood its in but I highly recommend making changes and either hiring more people in the office or changing its workers to boost the morale.more ...hide ...
Eagle Ridge apartments is a great place to live. The grounds are kept clean and the apartments are maintained by onsite maintenance. The manager of the complex, Ms. Bailey is also very responsive to the complaints and Eagle Ridge apartments is a great place to live. Ms. Bailey is held in high regard by almost all of the tenants at the complex.
