I cannot emphasize enough how unprofessional the new management was. Ever since Ms Sharp left, everything deteriorated except for maintenance. I was a resident here from 2014 to February 2021. I wrote reports, sent emails, and called with complaints - even my car was broken into and the steering wheel was stolen out of it in the seven years I was here. Due to the pandemic, I was able to get out of there on time. If you are considering staying here, do not do so under the people with children because if you decide to complain, it would be a waste of time - one ear in and one ear out. That was my issue, other than the management's unprofessionalism, which began when Ms Sharp left. I believe it became new management almost two years ago. Yes, it was convenient and cheaper, but if I needed to move and pay more for peace of mind, then that's what I had to do. I was never late with my rent or a bad tenant. Only thing i didnt like is the randomn walk throughs too oftenand once i was moving out the maintenance man would just walk into my apartmentOh and my lil sister could not visit without ppl snitching saying i moved her in she was a kid
