I've been wrongly accused of smoking marijuana in my house, and I've asked them to search my home, but none of the workers who have been in my residence to fix filters, thermostats, and various other matters have said anything about it. Still, I'm threatened with eviction. My dog also briefly escaped through the front gate, yet I was sent a notice in the mail. I comprehended the situation, but since then, I've seen three similar dogs running around the complex without a leash, playing outside with no restraints. However, they have not received any warning or notice. I once parked my car outside my home to do some maintenance, and was told I was going to get an infraction form, yet at the same time, I observed cars in my vicinity and multiple others parked in spots not meant for guest parking, even on my property to the point it was nearly impossible to get out. I have taken pictures and kept evidence regarding all these events because I'm uncertain why I'm being hassled by the front office for mishaps that occurred one time, or why I'm receiving false accusations when other people do not get any warnings or notices. My second ever review for the awful service I received no only did the manager place the blame on me for cancelling my move in after only give me a two week notice and accepting my 30000 check for hold plus disregarding the application fee but it wa My second ever review for the awful service I received no only did the manager place the blame on me for cancelling my move in after only give me a two week notice and accepting my 30000 check for hold plus disregarding the application fee but it was because they were so disorganized they didnt get any of the proper paperwork all at once and were emailing me throughout the week to get it at random times Why was it cancelled Im evidently 4800 and some change over their limit They claim over and over I make more money than I do insisting theyve run the numbers when my place of work literally gives me my gross annual income on my employee profile I dont make anywhere near what they claim Their solution was to offer me an apartment almost 100 or more and put me on ANOTHER waiting list after I had already been waiting for seven months The manager proceeded to explain their math to me as though that would make me see it was MY fault and tell me well we only just got the paperwork back todaynnDoes that make it right Absolutely notnnGet your paperwork back faster than instead of letting people put THOUSANDS of dollars towards moving only to cancel on them five days before they were due to move in Tell me you need time to run the paperwork and that I should wait to schedule moving Anything to let me know you still have numbers to crunch the way I was told made it sound like I was guaranteed to be moving in and the paperwork was simply a formality that needed to be rerun due to the SEVEN MONTHS I had already been on their wait listnnRun far from this place if theyre this disorganized it isnt worth it and also the manager is just rude They were so busy justifying what happened that they didnt care about the emotional impact or financial impact this caused It makes me wonder how they would have handled me coming to them had I ended up moving in Maybe this was secretly a blessing in disguisennUpdate Just got a call from my bank that they were still attempting to get my Verification of Deposits AFTER they had already told me I could no longer have the apartment I applied for My bank was so kind as to give me the exact time this information was requested and I have proof through email correspondence that I had already been told that I would no longer be able to move in Why was this requested after this point They no longer had any right to that information to which my banker agreednnAlso why was this not gotten right after I submitted this paperwork to them Why did they request it almost a week after I turned that paperwork into them Five days before I was due to move innnI was also told I would need to verify my income every 4 to 6 months AFTER I was denied my promised move in date All of this would have been fine if I had been at all made aware during the application process Instead I was given ALL of this information after application Talk about terrible customer service more ... hide ...

My apartment wasnt ready for movein on the first day of my lease they were still cleaning so I had to leave and come back later that night before I could get in They clearly dont understand the concept of cleaning although they did leave a bunch of My apartment wasnt ready for movein on the first day of my lease they were still cleaning so I had to leave and come back later that night before I could get in They clearly dont understand the concept of cleaning although they did leave a bunch of dirty rags in my washer And of course they still charged me rent for the day They say they completely updated and renovated the complex apparently renovate means new carpet and a coat of paint The dishwasher was and still is rusted out and beat up and even though I ran cleaner through it several times and repeatedly soaked the filter in vinegar and scrubbed it with a wire brush my dishes never came out any cleaner than when they went in I gave up on it and just wash all my dishes by hand The laminate flooring in the bathroom has large red stains that wont come out even after bleaching Im guessing hair dye and there are yellow cigarette stains on the bathtub The undersides of the kitchen cabinets which are visible are unfinished and make me feel like Im in a garage Maintenance is nonexistent None of the electrical outlets in the living or dining area worked when I moved in and it was weeks before someone came to fix them The whole apartment has a nasty chemical smell that never went away except for the bedroom the cat urine smell still overpowers it Every time someone goes inout of the building the apartment doors slam and rattle so loudly that its woken me up several times I finally learned that ripping up a cardboard box and shoving several pieces in between the door and the frame quiets it a bit looks super classy If you love airplanes youre in for a treat youre super close to the airport and the planes fly constantly and so low you can almost see the faces in the windows If youre not halfdeaf already you will be The neighbors are rude loud and ignorant Theyre either oblivious to the fact that there are other people living here or they just dont care Theres constant domestic disputes yelling swearing and its not just the adults The kids are just as nasty as young as 3 or 4 outside all day with no adult supervision There are giant ants all over every summer as well as stink bugs those nasty buggers you cant swat at let alone squish because they release a noxious chemical as a defense mechanism The patio screen door doesnt fit right and the screen in it and the ones in the windows have plenty of holes so good luck keeping the vermin out The doors to the buildings are locked guests have to buzz you to get in which I find irritating because its impossible to order something online and actually get it delivered unless you can take a day off work to wait for the UPS guy Also the button in my apartment that unlocks the door doesnt work so I have to go out in the hall and run downstairs to let people in when someone rings my apartment And I get people buzzing my apartment by mistake because the buttons outside dont have apartment numbers on them Ive written them on with a permanent marker a couple times but they keep getting worn off by the sprinklers theres a half hour or so each morning in the summer when you cant get out the door without getting completely soaked because the sprinklers are aimed directly at the door Ive never before lived in an apartment that had a locked down building and I never had a problem Then again there has been a shooting and at least 2 drug raids at the complex in the past 1 years While some of my complaints may seem like small issues you pile them all together and it makes for a really unpleasant living situation Especially considering how ridiculous the rent is currently paying 989 for a 2bedroom and it keeps going up Bay Hill is just a horrible place full of horrible people and a miserable place to live more ... hide ...
