Not a good place to live Ive been here for over 10 years and when something breaks like your hot water God forbid the guys work over time to fix it

I have lived here for the past 3 years going on 4 and I like it here There is lots of play areas outside for my kids and i have my own washer and dryer I have never had any issues getting anything fixed

Its nice for the first 23 months then everything starts breaking Garbage disposal dish washer laundry machine Plus the walls arent sound proof so at night you can hear everything
