I've been here for one year now and I truly appreciate this place. My 1-bedroom apartment is a suitable size and I can comfortably have three guests over. I've been living here for more than two years and I adore it. The apartments are of a great size and very reasonably priced. Some people have said negative things about the office staff, however, I think they're wonderfuI've been living here for more than two years and I adore it. The apartments are of a great size and very reasonably priced. Some people have said negative things about the office staff, however, I think they're wonderful; I've never had any problems with them and they're easy to talk to. The complex is really friendly; everyone greets you when they see you. Also, there's never been an issue with loud music or noise in general. There are both older adults as well as families with young children who stay here which is nice since there are two playgrounds that provide some fun although small in size. Sadly the pool hasn't opened up these past two years due to COVID-19 but we're close enough to beaches if anyone wants to swim instead. Plus, since signing my lease for a year my rent has only increased once by only $30 and upon completion of that period I'm automatically on month-to-month so if one wishes to move out after the year then no breaking of leases is required! Before moving in I even checked with Chesterfield PD who informed me there had been no crime issues for over ten years after new management came into place - can't say enough positive things about this place! Packages don't get stolen and people look out for each other which makes me feel secure compared to where I used to live before splitting from my ex - Oakview Square was recommended by an ex coworker of mine which has proven beneficial because it's somore ...hide ...
