From the very beginning, there was no heat or air conditioning. It wasn't until after Thanksgiving that they fixed it. I moved in on March 26, 2021 and they wouldn't let me get my keys because they needed to "replace the carpet". It hadn't been cleaned or replaced - it was covered in stains from the previous tenants. The sliding door was clear, but the non-moving one was cloudy. They failed to tell me that I was moving into an apartment that had experienced a shootout the year before. My dishwasher never worked from the start. The apartment had a musty smell when I moved in, and there were even a few bullets in the walls from the previous tenants. The kitchen water faucet was cemented on under the sink, so when it split in half, I couldn't turn it off. My lease states that I'm supposed to pay $730 a month, plus whatever wasn't included. So why was I charged over $760, and still had to pay for the additional services? The rules changed every other week. Trying to get things fixed was a joke; they'd tell you to put in a work order and you'd do so, but never hear back from them. They take your money but fail to properly fix anything, letting things get to an unfixable point. There aremore ...hide ...
