I have resided at Center Line Park Towers for almost 8 years now, and I can vouch for it being an excellent central area to live. It is what you make of it, and I'm thankful for the rules that are in place. It is what you make of it, and I'm thankful for the rules that are in place. There are 300 units, most of which are rented. That's a lot of different personalities for the Manager to manage! I wouldn't want that job, but she's doing a tremendous job, as is her team in responding to queries quickly or by arranging an appointment with the Manager. I have always left her office feeling welcome. The Maintenance crew performs their tasks in the order they receive them and the cleaning crew keeps the site looking great, but it is also up to the residents to do their part. This old building requires some tender care! Elevators can experience issues if they are jostled with wheelchairs or large objects being moved in and out, so we must be cautious. This is not a house, and we also have much to gain by living here, such as respect and friendships. I enjoy interacting with all the people here. more ... hide ...

Ive only been here 13 months but I love it As others have said there are many rules which at times are constantly changing but I understand why they have to be As has already been said There are 300 units here so that is 300 plus seniors The managers Ive only been here 13 months but I love it As others have said there are many rules which at times are constantly changing but I understand why they have to be As has already been said There are 300 units here so that is 300 plus seniors The managers listen to the residents concerns and try to compensate as much as they can As far as rodents bedbugs etc they do their best to keep it exterminated and it is cleaned constantly Keep up the good work Cheryl and Rita The residents have to do their part too by keeping their apartment clean as well Ms Ellus and Kamira keep up the good work I here for a good while I love it and the many potentials here more ... hide ...

I shouldnt even give them a star The Manager is rude and does not care about the feelings of people living there My sister kept telling me how the Manager would give everyone a hard time with anything but I didnt really believe until my experience I shouldnt even give them a star The Manager is rude and does not care about the feelings of people living there My sister kept telling me how the Manager would give everyone a hard time with anything but I didnt really believe until my experience with the passing of her death My sister passed away suddenly and we were heart broken but we were told we needed to move everything in 3 days so there wouldnt be a charge for another month We worked hard at clearing our her apartment and we just had 3 more big items to move out to complete it and the elevator broke down and now we have to pay another month because of that So we lose because of their elevators not working not because we couldnt move the items We had men with trucks there and now WE have to reschedule and they are charging us extra because it is going into another month SHAME ON THEM We should have been arranging her funeral instead we are dealing with a Manager with no heart more ... hide ...
