I wouldn't want that job, but she's doing a tremendous job, as is her team in responding to queries quickly or by arranging an appointment with the Manager. I have always left her office feeling welcome. The Maintenance crew performs their tasks in the order they receive them and the cleaning crew keeps the site looking great, but it is also up to the residents to do their part. This old building requires some tender care! Elevators can experience issues if they are jostled with wheelchairs or large objects being moved in and out, so we must be cautious. This is not a house, and we also have much to gain by living here, such as respect and friendships. I enjoy interacting with all the people here.more ...hide ...
