This building is very nice, but its management is not. They do not care about you or your efforts. Being the sole maintenance for the property has been extremely stressful, especially with a manager who is not experienced enough to run it without beiThis building is very nice, but its management is not. Being the sole maintenance for the property has been extremely stressful, especially with a manager who is not experienced enough to run it without being egotistical. Despite dedicating myself to this establishment for years, I have been mistreated and taken advantage of. Despite meeting and exceeding expectations and doing a great job, they are never around to witness my accomplishments, improvements, or anything else that is necessary for the property. My late mother, who was one of the residents here, asked management if they could get a contractor to paint the unit due to personal reasons, but instead they asked me to do it. Taking care of an eighty-eight unit building was a challenge, but I was able to manage it. My overall experience with this company and the building is that management will not listen to your concerns, even if you have proof that you are in the right.more ...hide ...
