They are kind and keep the facility in pristine condition, like a three or four star hotel with a customer rating of nine or ten. The premises are always secure, and visitors may be buzzed in to the different rooms. The elevator is reliable and any minor stains or smells are quickly addressed. I truly appreciate how management and maintenance look after my mom, even when I'm not there; I always feel like I can rely on them if any issues arise. From the bottom of my heart, I am grateful for their care.more ...hide ...

In all there are no perfect situations for as many residents that live in one location, and trying to please everyone is nearly impossible but, I feel this is a very nice place and my Mom is happy there and that€™s what matters .more ...hide ...

Trouble is likely if you are heavier than thirty pounds and walking around in your home...the police were called on me at 10 pm because my children were awake and moving about. (that was the tipping point and we had to move out)I was waiting for low-income housing for around a year...and I was told that we would be able to move in faster because we were current occupants. I attempted to call them for an entire week (we couldn't pay more than $800 anymore..) I left several voicemails since no one answered my calls...when I finally went in to talk to them after a week of silence..she shouted at me and said that She would have phoned me if they had a vacancy! ....You should always return calls to your tenants...When we eventually decided to vacate after a year and three months there I gave thirty days notice...and Received a call thatmore ...hide ...
