I had a terrible experience with this organization, especially the property manager and her supervisor. I asked the property manager how much it would cost to break my lease and she said as long as I gave 30 days notice, it wouldn't be an issue. They failed to rent the apartment again; however, I kept up with my end of the deal by leaving it in good condition and sending in payments without being chased down. Later I found out they had rented it out halfway through one of those months so reached out via email several times then called where she promised reimbursement but nothing came. After failed attempts, I brought this up to her supervisor who tried manipulating things so she could tell me there'd be a fee - even though her manager said otherwise. These people are untrustworthy and unprofessional which makes me never want to rent from a large organization again! If I ran my business like them, customers would fire me - bad news for renters in Pontiac since they prey on them shamelessly! more ... hide ...

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I love it This place is the best place to live at The scenery overlooking the lake with the wildlife of birds swans cranes etc is peaceful soothing and quiet Ive owned a home for 20 years and loved it howe I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I love it This place is the best place to live at The scenery overlooking the lake with the wildlife of birds swans cranes etc is peaceful soothing and quiet Ive owned a home for 20 years and loved it however it did have all the grief of weekly maintenance and then some No mowing lawns or shoveling snow is a plus I have not had many problems with my apt but when I have the site manager Karen and site maintenance Brian were very prompt on addressing any issue Their attention to maintain the property and the look of the landscape awesome pool is always clean Rooms are large and can fit king size beds with in apt washerdryer that I can appreciate Very convenient Happy to live here and plan to for many years more ... hide ...

I applied for this place at the end of July Almost 2 weeks went by and I called her Karen said she only do applications on thursdays and fridays and she will contact me Almost one month later I have not heard anything back They are a complete waste
