My experience with this organization, especially the property manager and her supervisor, was horrible. I asked about the cost of breaking my lease and she said it wouldn't be a problem as long as I gave her 30 days notice - so that's what I did. However, when it came time to do what she promised, she backpedaled. She failed to rent out my apartment again and ignored me when I asked for a refund on payments already made for the next month since they rented it out halfway through that month. After multiple emails and calls without response, I went to her supervisor who also didn't honor their promise - instead manipulating numbers so that they would tell me I would owe them money despite what her manager had said. These people are truly unethical and unprofessional; if they ran their business like this in any other industry people would fire them! Based on this experience, I will never rent from a large organization again.more ...hide ...
