Nonetheless, the rent kept escalating by twenty dollars annually. Consequently, I was compelled to jettison all my furniture to prevent transporting any of the "critters". The building manager at the time kept deceiving me by saying that I had renewed my contract two months earlier, but when I asked her to give me a copy of the signed lease, she could not produce one. Subsequently, after I had given notification in writing and the building manager had signed documents confirming I was to obtain my complete deposit since I had provided adequate notice at the end of my lease, they still attempted to hold on to my deposits and bill me an extra fifty-two dollars for supposedly "not providing sufficient notice". I had to get in touch with the regional building manager because the property manager lied once more, claiming I had not given any notification even though she had endorsed my Notice To Vacate. I sent in my signed copy and got my deposit back. I moved to the suburbs where the environment is cleaner, quieter, rent is more affordable, there are no nosy neighbors, and no noisy and disrespectful children - and I love it!!!more ...hide ...

The places are nice but the management is horrible.... You can never get anything fixed for the amount of money they want for rent its crazy...you shouldnt have to wait years for nothing to get done period.
