Although the interior of the apartments looks beautiful, not everything is as pristine as it appears. Several "upgrades" were made during the summertime, like painting the structures, but this does not cover up for the lack of needed repairs. We have asked on numerous occasions for our windows to be replaced, as there is always water on the window sills plus huge breezes that make their way inside. The drywall is fully cracked around the windows as well. Every time we inquire, we are told somebody will come and assess the situation, but it never happens. This company is not concerned about their occupants, they only care about outward appearances and not practicality. They began doing something in the garage stairwell that has been going on for weeks but management didn't bother to tell us about it. I am not enthusiastic about coming home every day. I never know what I am going to be interrupted by. If the management really wanted to make improvements, they would start by fixing these antiquated buildings instead of merely covering up the imperfections. No progress will result from this review either. All the management does is comment on the unfavorable reviews saying they want to be aware of our worries but nothing is ever accomplished. Do yourself a favor and search for a different place to live, just like I will be doing when our lease is up.more ...hide ...

The management is caring and efficient. I live in a one-bedroom apartment and it is more than adequate in size. It should be noted that in the bathroom and in the bedroom there are emergency pull cords which is a comfort when you are a senior citizen. Recently they installed new refrigerators new ovens new range hoods new air conditioners and even remodeled are balconies. In addition they have repainted all the public areas as well as installing new carpet and new flooring where needed. Currently they are in the process Ive been stalling new elevators. It is fascinating to me that Cranbrook Towers has a large population of Asian Americans and quite a number of people from India as well as Russia so it is truly a cosmopolitan senior citizen complex.more ...hide ...

I came across Arbor Club during a visit to Ann Arbor to find a place before relocating from Texas for work. The property itself is well maintained (updates being made very year it seems). I was able to move into a newly renovated unit that had both Gas stove and in unit washer and dryer! The maintenance team and management have been nothing but exemplary! Maintenance are prompt and timely with any service requests I have had. Same can be said about the office team as well! Both interact with a positive, friendly manner and made me feel right at home.Interactions have been great with neighbors as well, was nice some even made a little home garden by the maintenance shed. I look forwards to attempting to green thumb some here this spring and summer!I highly recommend living here if you have the opportunitymore ...hide ...
