Ive been on the waiting list for a townhouse since 2017 for me and my 2 daughters I was told I was at the top of the list I really hope I get in because they look nice and a quiet location I always call and check and theyre pretty nice about it

From what Ive seen the ratio of white and black is half and halfevery single person of black and white decendent have been very friendly All lives matter

I am astonished to read some of these reviews...I possess a quite uncommon viewpoint. Not only did I grow up in Hanover Grove, but I have held my own unit for 17 years. Not only did I grow up in Hanover Grove, but I have held my own unit for 17 years. My mother still resides in the unit where I was raised, as well as having relatives and friends across the complex. I saw a person point out a problem with bugs. Honestly, that appears to be a "me" issue, instead of a "we" issue. I have never heard of or encountered anything like that. That could possibly be a contributing factor to what seems to be a hostile review. I am thankful that the management attempts to remedy problems to preserve our environment clean and safe. From my experience, they have been very cooperative in working with and even aiding people. If it is not responded to, they will have to take further action. It seems as if, as a last resort, to achieve and maintain a healthy community. People should not be discouraged by some angry reviews, I usually take these things with a pinch of salt. Everyone is able to make outrageous claims and write anything... it is too bad that companies are not capable of supplying their private data for reference, there is always an alternate side to each story.
Anyway, Hanover Grove is a family-friendly neighborhood. Continuously upgrading and advancing. Fantastic parks as well!more ...hide ...
