Not only did I grow up in Hanover Grove, but I have held my own unit for 17 years. My mother still resides in the unit where I was raised, as well as having relatives and friends across the complex. I saw a person point out a problem with bugs. Honestly, that appears to be a "me" issue, instead of a "we" issue. I have never heard of or encountered anything like that. That could possibly be a contributing factor to what seems to be a hostile review. I am thankful that the management attempts to remedy problems to preserve our environment clean and safe. From my experience, they have been very cooperative in working with and even aiding people. If it is not responded to, they will have to take further action. It seems as if, as a last resort, to achieve and maintain a healthy community. People should not be discouraged by some angry reviews, I usually take these things with a pinch of salt. Everyone is able to make outrageous claims and write anything... it is too bad that companies are not capable of supplying their private data for reference, there is always an alternate side to each story.
Anyway, Hanover Grove is a family-friendly neighborhood. Continuously upgrading and advancing. Fantastic parks as well!more ...hide ...
