Loud refrigerator has been called on, heard nothing. Our exterior wall has water damage since August, was told by both the resident manager and the property manager it will be taken care of, yet to be taken care of. This place is supposed to be income based, because my family makes more money we are considered full market renters. Our rent jumped up $300 a month the reason? They site rising energy costs and maintenance costs. Well Im not sure how their energy costs have risen since the Tennant is responsible for gas and electric, and as you can tell by the following pictures maintenance has yet to be done so how can the cost be rising? I just got yelled at for driving irresponsibly. By the service coordinator of the building. And she didnt even let me explain why I did what I did. I being the oldest and most responsible one out of their children rushed to the hospital to help pick him up and put him in the van. And as Im helping my dad get into the wheelchair I get yelled at for driving irresponsibly, and I wasnt given a chance to explain myself.more ...hide ...
