Our exterior wall has water damage since August, was told by both the resident manager and the property manager it will be taken care of, yet to be taken care of. This place is supposed to be income based, because my family makes more money we are considered full market renters. Our rent jumped up $300 a month the reason? They site rising energy costs and maintenance costs. Well Im not sure how their energy costs have risen since the Tennant is responsible for gas and electric, and as you can tell by the following pictures maintenance has yet to be done so how can the cost be rising?
