The building is full of families which is great, but as soon as me and my children moved in we had daily complaints of my children being loud, even in the middle of the day. We most definitely were not loud. Had people threatening to call the cops on us daily as well. I also had made an agreement with the landlord to terminate my lease due to domestic violence, and they signed the paperwork.. then ended my lease.. and still have continued to charge me rent & vacant electric there for months after. I am currently in the process of dealing with this issue. Also my abuser is still living in the apartment that the lease was suppose to be terminated. Terrible communication as well. They refuse to return my many phone calls, barely respond to my emails. We also had issues with the apartment which were not fixed in the time i was living there. (Kitchen Sink and dish washer not working). Definitely looks too good to be true.more ...hide ...
