I am currently in the process of dealing with this issue. Also my abuser is still living in the apartment that the lease was suppose to be terminated. Terrible communication as well. They refuse to return my many phone calls, barely respond to my emails. We also had issues with the apartment which were not fixed in the time i was living there.
