Ill preface and say that your experience may vary and I wish this was a positive reviewnnI resided in Park Glen for the last three years without any major issues Since last fall my experience degraded significantly A resident below my unit started ac Ill preface and say that your experience may vary and I wish this was a positive reviewnnI resided in Park Glen for the last three years without any major issues Since last fall my experience degraded significantly A resident below my unit started accusing me of making excessive noise starting last fall I live on my own and have always done my best to be respectful to my neighbors So these complaints were not consistent with how I was behaving in the unitnnThe first complaint include a rude note and I provided the note to the building manager I was told that they were aware of this issue and said they would handle it No follow up was provided The resident knocked on my door two separate times and rudely accused me of making too much noise The final time they threatened to call the police which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe in my unit Again I reported this interaction to the building manager and they said that their hands were tied and suggested that I call the police which didnt seem like a solution that would deescalate the issuennI requested to be move to a different unit due to the harassment from this resident and the building manager refused to move the conversation furthernnWith this unit being both my home and office due to COVID I no longer felt safe living in the building and vacated my unit almost two months before my lease was over Due to the inaction of the building manager to resolve this issue I requested to forgo my final month of rent and this was refused as well I also contacted the leasing company Stuart Co and no response was providednnThis whole situation was upsetting and the lack of empathy for someone who resided in the building was unacceptablennMost people probably wont have issues living in this building but keep in mind that if you run into a difficult situation that the leasing company and the building manager might not work with you to resolve the situation more ... hide ...

Park Glen was a great find It is a cozy quaint neighborhood where everyone has been warm and welcoming Leasing agent Laura couldnt have been more helpful throughout the application and move in process and responded to every last question and concern Park Glen was a great find It is a cozy quaint neighborhood where everyone has been warm and welcoming Leasing agent Laura couldnt have been more helpful throughout the application and move in process and responded to every last question and concern I had Upon move in my unit was clean as a whistle and maintenance promptly fixed a small issue with a cupboard in a day Amenities are prevalent including storage facilities garage parking car washing station spacious pool area outdoor kitchens and a fire pit My favorite thing has to be the location though Located next to paved trails between Uptown and Highway 100 this complex has access to anything youd want with the convenience of a quiet secluded neighborhood more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for about 2 months now and I am impressed The management is very informative and they take great care of residents with fun weekly activities maintenance and cleanliness I used to live at Verge down the road but moved because Park Glen Ive lived here for about 2 months now and I am impressed The management is very informative and they take great care of residents with fun weekly activities maintenance and cleanliness I used to live at Verge down the road but moved because Park Glen gives you more space for your money good parking and guest parking more amenities and safety The community is very friendly and I enjoy being around more people my age and a more matureyoung professional environment The reason I dont give it 5 stars is because the noise from the people above me is prevalent almost 247 and can drive me nuts when working from home My apartment has so much space which is one of my favorite things about it Overall Park Glen feels very homey and Im so glad I chose to move more ... hide ...
