I am 3 years homeless just received my section 8 vouchers looking for something was in the guidelines I believe the most or the limit on my voucher is 1099 hopefully was trying to get a two bedroom within that I do have a little bit of a rental history however for the past 3 years I do not except for from my grandma the only other apartment before that I was in for 10 years and the landlord sold the building I have a low credit score Due to a serious delinquent delinquency that I almost have paid off I only owe 300 and that will be gone and I will be in good standing I do not have an eviction on my record I was asked to leave quietly from the last apartment I was in due to a car bombing my telephone number is **phone#**hidden** if someone could get back to me ASAP that would be greatly appreciated thank you and have a good day

Now keep in mind this is an apartment structure and it requires a year lease and I believe a possible waiting list. Duluth PACk is just down a block along with a ice cream shop, Bars, restaurants, micro breweries, Pizza place (Lees Pizza,) convenience store/gas station and a taco restaurant, and much more!more ...hide ...
