Although I no longer reside there, during my time there months ago I noticed a decrease in standards. I relished living there until my final year when it became overrun with mice and management did very little to address the problem. When they did call in pest control, they only treated one apartment at intervals which meant the problem remained unsolved and the mice persisted as a BIG issue. They were basically everywhere. This eventually led to us having to move out. Additionally, later on during my stay, the elevator, garage and other shared spaces were constantly littered with food and trash. Some of the tenants would regularly stack garbage in the trash shoot area or the garage which I imagine didn't help with the mouse problem. Being someone who likes to keep a clean home, this was a concern. In conclusion, I hope the management can enhance the situation as the property was in a much better condition a few years ago than it is now.more ...hide ...

Theyre rude and prejudice. If you plan on living there I suggest you know your renters rights because they will try to inforce rules on you that they just made up. They never answer the phone and dont bother showing up in person to speak to the landlord because shes always on her lunch break or too busy to speak to you. She needs to be replaced asap. They will find any and every reason to enter your home but not to fix maintenance issues but to snoop around your home. I suggest if youre not comfortable kissing the landlords ass, dont move there.more ...hide ...
