I used to live there, it was very professional but now not anymore. I called and made an appointment one week before for an apartment showing. When we went to the office on Saturday for the showing, Julia refused to showing us the apartment and we told her we already have an appointment and we came from Burnsville, she still insisted to not showing us the aprtment and I asked her if we took one hour to come here for nothing even though we have an appointment? She said she doesnt care. She made me feel very frustrated and because of her I hate this place.I hope the manager reads this because she has no right to treat people like that. she was really rude and unprofessional.more ...hide ...
