The \"mgmt\" doesnt care about the seniors in this building and often use bullying tactics to scare the tenants ( mostly the women) .The assistant mgr. And her boyfriend live here (under 30 yrs. I reported to the INH offices about a party that ended€‹ at 3:30am on February 3rd 2017 and now 4 months later my truck parked in the \"secure\" garage here at Parkway Gardens gets broken into and I had to pay to get it replaced , I contacted the Mgr. Here and was told \" Were not paying for it\" .This isnt the place you want to live , you dont have to believe me just pull in and ask ANY of the elderly about this place that are sitting outside. You will get honesty from us we wont lie and tell you its a great place to live. Its NOT . Please look for a better place with mgmt who cares.A. Johnson # 229more ...hide ...

The inside of the apartments look nothing like the pictures they are advertising. The apartment they showed me was old and outdated and definitely not worth what they are asking ( nearly $1200). The carpet throughout was old and there were rat traps in every room. the appliances were old as well. they dont have microwaves, dishwashers, ect. there needs to be a major renovation to make this place worth what theyre asking.
