I would recommend this place to no one I lived here for almost 5 years and move because they acquired mice and roaches There is a new apartment manager every couple of months Maintenance isnt very good The people in the office are rude and dont care I would recommend this place to no one I lived here for almost 5 years and move because they acquired mice and roaches There is a new apartment manager every couple of months Maintenance isnt very good The people in the office are rude and dont care about the residents The trash is always overflowing out back causing squirrels to have a field day They allow homeless to live in the stairwells and urinate up and down the stairwells and the smell of urine is so strong your stomach will turn The grounds are unkept and the smoke alarms are so sensitive that they go off for anything They will apply lies to swindle you out of your deposit and charge you for normal ware and tear Avoid this place at all costs There are so much better low income housing out there Save yourself the headache of dealing with premier properties You will find yourself taking them to court to get your deposit back for suremore ...hide ...
