My maintenance requests have always been handled promptly. When I first moved in the hallways, entries and laundry room were untidy. New managers have resolved that with a good cleaning crew. My apartment is well maintained and updated with new flooring and carpet. My stove quit working and was promptly replaced with brand new as well as my refrigerator. I personally have had no issues at Elm Creek and enjoy living here!more ...hide ...
