When we initially moved in, the place was amazing. However, as other people started to arrive, the area became messy. After a month of living there, cockroaches had spread throughout the house (evidence is documented in photos). The smell of marijuan When we initially moved in, the place was amazing. The smell of marijuana was present from other units, and people were smoking where they weren't supposed to. The parking lot was minuscule, and when night fell, not a single parking spot was visible. The manager was inexperienced and had no answers to our inquiries. She would always refer us to another manager at a different location. We didn't have any peace and quiet from upstairs neighbors due to kids running and jumping, and the noise was heard at night when our children were sleeping. There was a tiny playground with a gate, but it was usually used by large dogs, preventing our kids from playing there. We had to end our lease after six months due to the intolerable conditions. Not only did I not receive my security deposit back after leaving the premises spotless, I didn't hear from anyone afterwards. This was the worst experience ever. more ... hide ...

I just moved in and so far its great My washer wasnt working nor was my garage opener but they fixed it right away I moved in on a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday for the fixes but they werent very important The manager is very nice and the fe I just moved in and so far its great My washer wasnt working nor was my garage opener but they fixed it right away I moved in on a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday for the fixes but they werent very important The manager is very nice and the few people Ive seen in the hallways have all greeted me Its a very quiet building so far which I love I feel very safe here They were very slow to respond to emails prelease signing so it did take about a month to finally get in and get paperwork signed But the current manager is new and learning and the area manager is short staffed so I wont hold it against them So far so good more ... hide ...

I have been living about 4 years it is amazing community to live and raise family And the management it is been great and the right on top of it the maintenance needs apartment Overall it is great place to live
