The office manager and is indeed an angel and shes so sweet to talk to including the management I love her and May God bless richly bless her I love this place that Im about to move in soon
Not a good place to live The current manager there doesnt deserve to be in that office Terrible parking rules They went as far as towing resident cars from undergroundbasement bcus he or she doesnt have a valid parking permit
Apartment is very clean but rooms are very small when we applied we were told we cant see the place until we get approved but being that we wanted it so bad due to the hype and it being new we thought nothing of it If you notice theres no picture of Apartment is very clean but rooms are very small when we applied we were told we cant see the place until we get approved but being that we wanted it so bad due to the hype and it being new we thought nothing of it If you notice theres no picture of bedroom on website Well we are in a 1214 square feet 2 bedroom there like a little hall to get into the bedrooms which took space from bedroom and are not needed 2 bedroom 2 bath and its beautiful but looks small than our 1050 square feet we were living in Bathrooms are huge for no reason later bedroom could barely fit out old queen we were forced to get a new bed frame with minimal wall around space 2nd bedroom cant fit a FULL BED thank God our baby is in a CribIt has a washer and dryer nice part about it It has a trash and recycling shoot so you dont have to always go downstairs to trash but it stinks in there The doors to trash shoots are broken so its always left open you are however going down for recycling as its always full and impossible to send things down from shoot I assume most residences dont properly break things downwhen you yet downstairs the trash and reclying room is locked 90 of the time so people leave recycling infront of the door Theres always teenagers outside by the rental office at anytime of the night causing noise which has police always here It has a nice size gym and party room Office staff is nice and maintenance is always on time and makes sure they answer and take care of your problems I dont hear footsteps from the people above me however I do hear every and I mean every single noise from outside this is with windows closed The apartment it self as a very small play ground but theres a bigger part less than 5 minutes walk away If I knew how small the bedrooms were I wouldnt have signed or moved in patiently waiting on my lease to endmore ...hide ...
