I was driving passed and noticed a man in a wheelchair sitting out in the sun by himself sleeping I got into the building across the street and was there for 3035 minutes and when I left I noticed the elderly man still sitting in the end of the road I was driving passed and noticed a man in a wheelchair sitting out in the sun by himself sleeping I got into the building across the street and was there for 3035 minutes and when I left I noticed the elderly man still sitting in the end of the road I drive up next to him and wake him up asking if he is okay He doesnt speak but nods his head and I tell him he should get inside because its dangerous out here he nods and rolls up to the building and heads inside I proceed to call the building to let someone inside know and there was no answer more ... hide ...
