My son recently moved into an apartment here It was remodeled and looked great It is his first apartment and he has told me how nice the manager Terri has been I would highly recommend this property
Worst place to live ever First off they NEVER EVER return phone calls No exaggeration Ive called at least 30 times in the last 3 years and have never got a call back My AC goes out in the summer heat goes out in the winter my vehicle has been broken Worst place to live ever First off they NEVER EVER return phone calls No exaggeration Ive called at least 30 times in the last 3 years and have never got a call back My AC goes out in the summer heat goes out in the winter my vehicle has been broken into 3 times no screens on my front windows bc they were so old they fell apart and blew away after I called 3 times begging for them to repair kitchen window installed wrong so it leaks every time it rains flooding the kitchen front windows were promised to be replaced 2 years ago and still no new windows no landscaping or lawn care provided as promised they do not spray for ants or any other pests and when I asked why they said its not their responsibility I could literally go on forever Most recently my heater didnt work for 2 months because they could never manage to figure out what was wrong with it During the coldest nights of the year we didnt have heat I had to go spend 200 on space heaters and when I called to see if they would discount my rent due to the fact that myself and my 12 year old daughter didnt have adequate heat guess what Yep they didnt answer the phone and never returned my voice message SHOCKER right lol Ive been a tenant here since 2011 and seen this building go through 3 different owners and Three Stone Homes is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORSE In the last 8 years Ive paid my rent late only once and have always been a good tenant keeping a clean well maintained home My lease is up in July and Im counting down the days I can hardly wait to leave this hell hole they call Primrose Circle Apartments Take it from me never ever EVER move here Total nonstop nightmarenUPDATEnStill no heat and now no AC Called and complained twice this week and they havent returned my calls Big surprise right My next step is to contact KY3 news and consult with my lawyer Im not going to continue to pay rent when my daughter and I dont have adequate living conditionsmore ...hide ...

My 93 year old mother has been living in these apartments since 2016, and when she first moved in the maintenance was satisfactory. However, over the past three years, their care for the tenants has been very inadequate.My 93 year old mother has been living in these apartments since 2016, and when she first moved in the maintenance was satisfactory. However, over the past three years, their care for the tenants has been very inadequate. For example, the elevators often break due to cold weather and it can take a long time to get replacement parts, which can be especially difficult for those who are disabled and living on the third floor. Additionally, after a water leak in her apartment, it took over two years for them to repair the wall and paint it. Recently, one of her blinds broke and has still not been replaced. This may seem like a minor issue, but when the flood lights outside are blinding her at night, it becomes a nuisance. I tried to move the blind to the living room, but the same problem occurred while she was trying to watch TV, read, or knit. The corporate company that owns these apartments have no sympathy for the elderly who cannot fix these issues on their own. Had I known what I know now, I would not have put her in these apartments.more ...hide ...
