Went to visit my fiance a week after I left this review and they literally fixed everything prop to the maintenance and the management for getting the dumpster area taken care ofnnBeen helping my fiance move into this building the whole month of Sept Went to visit my fiance a week after I left this review and they literally fixed everything prop to the maintenance and the management for getting the dumpster area taken care ofnnBeen helping my fiance move into this building the whole month of September while shes at work Theres a few things that I think should be worked onnn1 The elevator inspection says expired in 2014 But the inspection is current they keep the records in the office It quits working several times a week either altogether or the doors are stuck open on one of the floors Her and I usually take the steps just to get exercise but it would be nice to feel confident in its safety And it comes in handy when moving furniture and belongings in and out of the apartmentnn2 The trash can area is a complete mess there are items that Ive been dumped there so long it looks like the trash truck has smashed them repeatedly It would be nice if management took measures to clean the area up at least once a monthnnI realize that in communities that have a shared Trash Disposal system there will be illegal dumping or tenants that do not bother to break stuff down and put it in the dumpster or pick up their trash when they spill itnn3 I really think that a few security measures should be upgraded or added the main one being the laundry room area She doesnt feel safe doing laundry down there by herself there is no camera and its really isolatednn4 And this isnt such a big thing to me but a flock of birds have made the trees above the only entrance their home It would be great if measures would be taken to reduce the amount of waste that is on the handrail and walking path Bird feces carry disease after allnnAside from few minor things the neighbors seem really nice I love the neighborhood seems like it would be a great place to live I know she sure likes it more ... hide ...
