Property manager keeps ludicrous hours hardly ever returns calls and takes far to long handling any maintenance issues I waited over 2 months for them to fix my dishwasher Would strongly recommend staying away from these apartments

Kim and the entire operation is as corrupt as they come. Has her favorites and if she does not like you will literally make up anything even if its juvenile and not relevant. This property is not under code whatsoever. Tons of insects including brown recluse and bed bug infestations! Myself and many others have been bit by brown recluses on property. They do nothing and Kim only gives excuses. The lady is nuts, you have been warned!more ...hide ...
