I'm very content here. I sold my oversized house and moved here about a year and a half ago. It's peaceful and my neighbors are all nice. The office staff has been like family, very willing to fulfill any needs I have. WI'm very content here. I sold my oversized house and moved here about a year and a half ago. It's peaceful and my neighbors are all nice. The office staff has been like family, very willing to fulfill any needs I have. When I arrived, Via was doing so much work on her own, it seemed like she was running around in circles. After Dawn was hired, it was like having a warm and inviting atmosphere when you enter. We all love her. Everything has been calmer since. It's sad that Ms. Via will be leaving in January; she's a wonderful person. I hope she enjoys her new home. I don't remember the day you mentioned but I'd love to give you a small gift as a token of my appreciation. The office staff, maintenance, and Christian and Bobby make a great team. The maintenance has sped up since the new guy came in; usually they fix things on the same day. Christian is a gift and Bobby has been here for a while and is very kind and dependable. The landscaping needs a revamp and the playground needs a major update! All in all, this is home and home requires upkeep. I enjoy my life here and I enjoy having coffee and talking with the office staff. I thank you all for being so responsible. I'm here to stay!more ...hide ...
