I'm very content here. I sold my oversized house and moved here about a year and a half ago. It's peaceful and my neighbors are all nice. The office staff has been like family, very willing to fulfill any needs I have. When I arrived, Via was doing s I'm very content here. When I arrived, Via was doing so much work on her own, it seemed like she was running around in circles. After Dawn was hired, it was like having a warm and inviting atmosphere when you enter. We all love her. Everything has been calmer since. It's sad that Ms. Via will be leaving in January; she's a wonderful person. I hope she enjoys her new home. I don't remember the day you mentioned but I'd love to give you a small gift as a token of my appreciation. The office staff, maintenance, and Christian and Bobby make a great team. The maintenance has sped up since the new guy came in; usually they fix things on the same day. Christian is a gift and Bobby has been here for a while and is very kind and dependable. The landscaping needs a revamp and the playground needs a major update! All in all, this is home and home requires upkeep. I enjoy my life here and I enjoy having coffee and talking with the office staff. I thank you all for being so responsible. I'm here to stay! more ... hide ...

I have been living here for a few years and I really enjoy it. The maintenance team, Bobby and Chris, are fantastic, they are quick, effective, and friendly. Dawn in the office is great - she's so helpful and even gave me her own number in case I nee I have been living here for a few years and I really enjoy it. The property manager used to be very interactive with the tenants but it looks like she has become more secluded. She no longer greets me like she used to. Possibly a consequence of Covid. The last time I spoke to her she said that she was leaving Oakpoint at the start of the year, so I presume she's in the process of handing things over since she used to be so passionate and outgoing. Ultimately, I love Oakpoint and I don't plan on going anywhere else.Thank you for your response Miss Via. I certainly recall you telling me and another neighbor that you were leaving in February and Dawn would be taking over. You were so delighted about your fresh start in Washington! more ... hide ...

I have lived here for a couple of years now and overall I really love it here The community is nice and the homes are lovely Via the office manager is great and the new office girl is great They really seem to care about the community and those of us I have lived here for a couple of years now and overall I really love it here The community is nice and the homes are lovely Via the office manager is great and the new office girl is great They really seem to care about the community and those of us that live here My only complaint is the handy men It takes a long time to get things fixed and they are not very proffessional A lot of the time it takes more than a couple of visits to get something done Bobby in particular is unkempt and rude and not someone I want in my apartment unsupervised He seems untrained and honestly I dont trust him Otherwise I love everything else about this place more ... hide ...

When we moved to Fort Leonard Wood we first lived on base which was miserable we wanted to move out as soon as possible and started looking ASAP We stumbled across Oak Point and decided to look into it Via helped us and was amazing She made the proce When we moved to Fort Leonard Wood we first lived on base which was miserable we wanted to move out as soon as possible and started looking ASAP We stumbled across Oak Point and decided to look into it Via helped us and was amazing She made the process so smooth and got us in a couple of weeks later Living there was he best decision Ive ever made It is a safe little community and everyone is friendly and its very peaceful It is also very clean and well kept I have never had a property manager as nice and as generous as Via she is amazing Also if you have a problem with anything maintenance fixes it right away Its also conveniently near everything in town I recommend living here 100 The move out process is also fast and easy unlike on base I honestly have never lived anywhere where the staff really cares about you and sees you as more than just a tenant more ... hide ...
