This complex is a joke. I would not recommend moving in if you a family. Most neighbors are drug addicts and Ive personally watched drug deals go down across the parking lot. Management is poor, no reliable maintenance man Ive had several things thats needed repaired and nothing has been done to fix them. The landlord lets one of the crazy unstable ladies that live here have access to her office where the master keys are kept to clean vacant apartments. Theyve teamed up with each other to try and get people evicted, Ive personally witnessed this. A lot of apartments have had black mold found in them and the maintenance mans solution was to paint over it. The playground was poorly put together and is already falling apart, Ive picked up multiple nails and screws each time Ive taken my kids to play. Rent is cheap but you get what you pay for.more ...hide ...

I have only lived here for about 3 months now and have to say that the Wampler Family does a great job in keeping the living community here clean and disciplined as far as rules go. Debbie and Amy are amazing and one of the nicest people to work with. I have no problem paying my rent every month and being a proud member of this living community! If you are looking for a great place to live this is the place. If you are interested in living here make sure to call to get on the waiting list, That is right there is a waiting list for a reason because this place is top-notch and they care about us living here. When there is an issue they get it taken care ASAP! Never lived at a place I was renting that would take care of issues as fast as they do. Very very happy here!more ...hide ...
