Amy the property manager is unprofessional and disrespectful Maintenance is slow and behind schedule my bathroom is peeling for over six months and nothing was done about it Rent was recently just raised to over 1000 a month you could easily get a h Amy the property manager is unprofessional and disrespectful Maintenance is slow and behind schedule my bathroom is peeling for over six months and nothing was done about it Rent was recently just raised to over 1000 a month you could easily get a house for that so its unreasonable The grass company is terrible They dont plow the streetsnAlso not the best neighborhood cars were broken into several times Youre not allowed to do fireworks if you want to have a trampoline for your kids you have to have special insurance if you have a pool has to be under 21 inches place is just ridiculous Everybody knows Jeffco is firework friendly Overall one of the worst places Ive ever lived where is management and unreasonable I would not recommend this place to anyone with a family more ... hide ...

I have only lived here for about 3 months now and have to say that the Wampler Family does a great job in keeping the living community here clean and disciplined as far as rules go Debbie and Amy are amazing and one of the nicest people to work with I have only lived here for about 3 months now and have to say that the Wampler Family does a great job in keeping the living community here clean and disciplined as far as rules go Debbie and Amy are amazing and one of the nicest people to work with I have no problem paying my rent every month and being a proud member of this living community If you are looking for a great place to live this is the place If you are interested in living here make sure to call to get on the waiting list That is right there is a waiting list for a reason because this place is topnotch and they care about us living here When there is an issue they get it taken care ASAP Never lived at a place I was renting that would take care of issues as fast as they do Very very happy heren more ... hide ...

A lot of apartments have had black mold found in them and the maintenance mans solution was to paint over it. The playground was poorly put together and is already falling apart, Ive picked up multiple nails and screws each time Ive taken my kids to play.
