I am currently a resident at Charbonier Manor Apartments and have been since February of 2014 This place is a joke The Maintenance Man is a good guy but there is so much work that needs to be done that it takes days even months to get things fixed ThI am currently a resident at Charbonier Manor Apartments and have been since February of 2014 This place is a joke The Maintenance Man is a good guy but there is so much work that needs to be done that it takes days even months to get things fixed The pool is almost never opennnThe corporation that runs this place is ruthless and cruel with their fees and the constantly increasing cost of rent is absurdnnThis place is tax subsidized so they can only charge so much rent so they turn a profit taking people to court and making them pay astronomical legal fees Then when those fees are paid it makes it harder to pay the next months rent So within a matter of days you are acquiring more fees and potential legal fees It is a cruel poverty tax and God will judge the manager and the corporation for oppressing the poor people who live here many of whom are elderly and disablednnDO NOT RENT HERE Even if you have to pay a little more someplace else you might just be paying for the right to be seen and treated as a human beingnnStay Awaymore ...hide ...

It was told to me that i got behind a months rent which i still dont believe because the first thing i do is get a check for rent before i do anything else.
